REFUND POLICY
THE ORDER ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED. FOR REFUNDS PLEASE REFER TO OUR RETURNS POLICY.
WWW.CAKEMASTERSINDIA.COM SHALL BE DELIVERED / DOWNLOADED IMMEDIATELY(SOFT COPY). HOWEVER THE DELIVERY / DOWNLOAD DELAY MAY OCCUR ON A PARTUCILAR DAY IN EVENT OF A SOFWARE GLITCH , SERVER RELATED ISSUES, WEBSITE RELATED ISSUES, PAYMENT GATEWAY ISSUES , OR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS ACT OF GOD, FORCE MAEJUERE OR WEATHER CONDITIONS. . The Buyer shall not be entitled to initiate any legal proceedings for delay in delivery on account of reasons beyond the control of Cakekraft India Private Limited and/or our partners AS MENTIONED ABOVE.
In the event OF any ISSUES ON delivered/DOWNLOAD the same MUST BE brought to the notice of Cakekraft India Private Limited.
If, for any reasons beyond the control of Cakekraft despite the diligence and care taken during dispatch of the shipments, the entire order or portion of the order has not been fulfilled, Cakekraft shall be entitled to fulfill the order within 5-7 working days from the date of intimation of non delivery of the product or products and/or refund the balance money within 15 working days from the date of intimation.Refund mode will be same as your payment mode.
Cakekraft India Private Limited shall not liable for any loss, damage, mis-delivery or non-delivery of the Consignment caused on account of act of God, force majeure occurrence or any other cause reasonably beyond the control of Cakekraft India Private Limited. No claim whatsoever on account of the above reason shall be entertained by Cakekraft India Private Limited nor shall be initiated in any courts of law.
Cakekraft will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery of the consignment in accordance with the regular delivery schedules. Cakekraft shall not under any circumstances be liable for delay in delivery of the said consignment, regardless of the cause of such delay. Further, Cakekraft shall not be responsible for consequences arising out of delay in delivery of the said consignment; and no claims whatsoever in that regard shall be entertained by Cakekraft India Private Limited at any point of time nor shall any legal proceedings be initiated against Cakekraft before any courts of law.
The liability of Cakekraft India Private Limited if any, in delay of the shipment (subject to any exceptions available under law) shall be to the extent of value of the product only. Cakekraft India Private Limited shall not be responsible for any consequential losses/claims.
