Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You shall not be entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price of product in case you do not raise the request for refund within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. In case you do not raise a refund claim using our website features within the stipulated time, then you would not be eligible for a refund.Only if the claim for refund or exchange is made within the stipulated time and the same is approved by Cakekraft,/CMI refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
- For electronic payments, refund shall be made through payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
- The Buyer shall be entitled to claim REFUNDof the magazineonly if the Buyer is willing to bear the BANK CHARGE TOWARDS THE SAME.
The Buyer undertakes to send all mails with requests for returns/exchange addressed to this mail id support@cakekraftindia.com. No requests sent to any other email id shall be entertained or considered.
